Best Education System in Our Country Controlled by Unions
The quality of education in our country is at an all time low. Students from one corner of the world cannot enjoy quality education in the United States of America. This is not because the quality of education in our country is low, but rather that the quality of teachers in the United States are not good enough. The problem with our nation’s education system is that we do not have a method for selecting great teachers.
One of the best ways to ensure quality in our schools is to ensure that the teachers that teach our children are of good character. This means that they should have been well tested and should have demonstrated a commitment to quality education in the classroom. There are many teacher’s aides that can help improve the quality of instruction in the classrooms of the children in the United States of America.

Teachers’ unions do not like any kind of competition from the outside organizations that will help new and inexperienced teachers get a foothold in the teaching profession. This is why they go out of their way to make sure that bad teachers get hurt. They will do anything and everything possible to make sure that the teacher bargaining power in the classroom is reduced. A good teacher can start his or her career in the teaching profession. The teacher’s union will do whatever they can to prevent this from happening. This is what they are there for; to protect their members.
The quality of education in our country is greatly reduced when teachers are forced to unionize and get a contract. Unions do not want to lose any of their members. They have always been the leaders in helping to provide the quality of education in our country. Now they are telling us that they are concerned about the quality of education in our country. This is only because they are afraid that some of the new, inexperienced teachers will not be able to compete with them for the teaching jobs available.
These teachers’ union does not want quality education for all children. They want a lottery style selection of students to teach. They want to choose the person who looks like a perfect candidate for the teaching job. They are not concerned about the quality of education for the children who do not meet their unrealistic standards. That is because those children would not be good teachers, if they had it so easy.
If we want to see the quality of education in our country, then we need to allow teachers unions to do what they are supposed to do, which is provide the quality of education for each and every child. If you really believe in the quality of education, then you should stand up for the teachers who do not have the resources that they need to compete for the teaching jobs available in your state. If you are going to do this, you should not be concerned about union politics and their attempts to control the quality of education in our country. I ask you this; how can one man or group regulate the quality of education? You do not need any one to control your education.

If a union has its way, they will set the standards, and those schools that do not adhere to those standards will not be approved by them. That means those schools will not receive accreditation. Therefore you, as a parent have no control over the quality of education in your child. Does that sound reasonable to you? I don’t think so.
We need to have good educators, period. However, they must also know the rules and the consequences if they break those rules. Otherwise they are in violation of their union contract and there are serious consequences for them if they are caught. This is how you keep quality education from being controlled by a group of people who are interested only in themselves. It is time that we removed this corrupt group from our education system and gave the power back to the parents and the teachers.
